Clothing for You
Philippa Toby started with a simple idea: to create well-fitting clothes for petite women who are tired of making do with standard sizing.
We design and make each piece with care — from proportions and practicality to comfort and fabric feel. While our focus remains on petite womenswear, we’ve begun to experiment with a few unisex items too.
Our goal? To make clothes that are wearable, durable, and feel like you – part of your story, not just your wardrobe.

Our Story
Philippa Toby was born out of a simple frustration—petite women deserve fashion that fits without compromise. Growing up, I watched my stylish mother, 4 foot, 11 and ¾ inches tall, struggle to find clothing that worked for her height. Many of my family and friends had the same challenge.
With a love of sewing and a push from friends, I began making clothes for petite women like her, and then for friends that couldn’t find the right fit. The goal was simple: create pieces that feel good, fit well, and get worn often.
And once that idea took root, it grew. We’ve started introducing a few general pieces – a tote bag here, a cap there – and there’s more to come: practical and playful – classic wardrobe staples with a modern, wearable twist. Sustainably considered style with thoughtful sourcing of high-quality fabrics that feel as good as they look.
The name? It’s mine — and it’s Toby’s too. He’s my horse, my constant, and my reminder that anything worth building takes time.
